wu and then the kicker. It was my first time running it this season and my goal was to beat Watsons time. Unfortunately I started out way to fast. I felt great till the top of the last hill and I just hit a wall. Shoutout to Brynlee though who pushed me to keep running even when I was completely dead. My time wasn't even close to beating Watson but I'm happy with my effort and I think with it being my first time of the season that's what matters most. Abs, hips, and push-ups.
